The Gamji Members Association (GAMA) in Kwara State, has rejoiced with the president of Ilorin Emirate Descendants Progressive Union( IEDPU), Alh AbdulMumini AbdulMalik on his re- election for a second term. 

AbdulMalik and other members of his team were elected on 26th December, 2025 during the 60th annual conference of the IEDPU- the umbrella body of all the socio- cultural groups in Ilorin Emirate.

The GAMA  in a statement  signed by its president general , Alh Tunde Akanbi and the director of publicity, Alh Abdullahi Olesin, described AbdulMalik's re-election as well deserved. 

The association praised AbdulMalik for bringing a lot of positive innovations into the running of the affairs of IEDPU in the last two years.

It noted that the calm disposition of AbdulMalik had encouraged more prominent indigenes of Ilorin Emirate to take keen interest in the affairs of the union.

The GAMA also congratulated other elected officials of the union, urging them to cooperate with the president to move the IEDPU to a more greater heights.
