The National President of Ilorin Emirate Descendants Progressive Union (IEDPU), Alhaji Abdul Mumini Ayo Abdulmalik, has congratulated the immediate past Chief Registrar of the Federal High Court of Nigeria, Mr Suleiman Amida Hassan on his appointment as a Judge of the Court. 

Alhaji Abdulmalik, in a statement signed by the Union's Spokesperson, Mallam Suleiman Shuaib Dagbo, expressed joy over Justice Hassan's elevation, describing it as a well-deserved appointment in view of his track record and dedication to Nigeria's judicial system. 

The President stressed the significance of the judiciary in a nation and urged the newly appointed judge to contribute to the dispensation of justice as the court is the last hope for a  common man.

The IEDPU President encouraged Justice Hassan and other sons and daughters of the Emirate to continue their best in the service to Allah and humanity. He prayed that Allah grants the new Judge wisdom and good health to discharge his new responsibilities beyond expectations.
